What we delivered in the project

Batch Management and Email Reporting
We developed a function for scheduled email dispatches with accompanying reports that show the status of each mailing. This makes it possible to follow up with recipients who did not receive the email (e.g., due to bounces or delivery issues).

API Integration with SendGrid
We integrated SendGrid as an external email service to ensure robust delivery, high reliability, and access to advanced delivery status.

Editable User Interface for Email Templates
We created a graphical interface within the business system, allowing administrators to easily create, edit, and preview their email templates without technical knowledge.

Recipient Filtering per Template
Each email template includes linked filter rules that determine who receives what – for example, based on payment status, customer type, or other business criteria.

Synchronization with Business Processes
The new email module is connected to the client’s business logic, such as automated reminders for missed payments, reducing the need for manual administration.

Results

The client now has:
