We helped the customer transition from manual email and invoice sends to a fully integrated, scheduled email module with editable templates and filtered recipient lists – directly in the business system.

What We Delivered in the Project
Batch Handling and Email Reporting
We developed a function for scheduled email sends with associated reports showing status per send. This makes it possible to follow up on recipients who did not receive the email (e.g., bounces or delivery issues).
API Integration with SendGrid
We integrated SendGrid as an external email service to ensure robust delivery, high reliability and access to advanced delivery status.
Editable User Interface for Email Templates
We developed a graphical user interface in the business system where administrators can easily create, edit and preview their email templates without needing technical knowledge.
Recipient Filtering per Template
Each email template has associated filter rules that control who receives what – for example based on payment status, customer type or other business criteria.
Synchronization with Business Processes
The new email module is connected to the customer's business logic, such as automated reminders for missed payments, freeing up time from manual administration.
